About the Role

Join our support team as a Help Desk Technician, providing technical assistance to clients and resolving IT-related issues efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely and effective problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Install, configure, and upgrade PC software and operating systems
  • Document support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as needed
  • Provide basic user training on hardware and software usage

Requirements

  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Experience in technical support or help desk role
  • Knowledge of common software (Office 365, Windows) and hardware issues
  • Customer service oriented mindset
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Certification in CompTIA A+ or similar is a plus
