About the Role
Join our support team as a Help Desk Technician, providing technical assistance to clients and resolving IT-related issues efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely and effective problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and upgrade PC software and operating systems
- Document support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as needed
- Provide basic user training on hardware and software usage
Requirements
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience in technical support or help desk role
- Knowledge of common software (Office 365, Windows) and hardware issues
- Customer service oriented mindset
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Certification in CompTIA A+ or similar is a plus
