About the Role

We are looking for skilled Medical Transcriptionists to convert audio recordings of medical dictations into accurate written reports. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount in this role to ensure high-quality patient documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to recorded dictations from healthcare professionals
• Transcribe recordings into accurate medical reports and documents
• Review and edit transcriptions for clarity and grammar
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Requirements

• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Excellent typing skills (minimum 60 WPM) with high accuracy
• Attention to detail and ability to spot errors
• Healthcare background or certification in medical transcription
• Good listening skills and familiarity with various accents
• Proficiency with transcription software and tools
